Co-Chair: Barb Biondo (Riverview)
Barb has lived in Riverview since 2014 and loves the wonderful people (and their dogs!) that call it home. She knows from decades of work as a community organizer that connected communities are healthier and more resilient so is ready to do her part as HPAC Co-Chair. By day Barb is the Seattle Police Department’s West Precinct crime prevention coordinator. She is passionate about her family, trail running and bike commuting.
Co-Chair: Kay Kirkpatrick (Highland Park)
Kay has lived in Highland Park since 1999. She also serves as a trustee of the Highland Park Improvement Club. Her passion is for community building and creating resilient relationships in the neighborhood. She is often seen on Google streetview walking the streets with her husband and Corgi dogs.
