Announcing 1st 2026 HPAC Meeting Jan. 28th, 6:30pm in-person at the Delridge Library

Greetings all- and hoping folks are enjoying this unexpected terrific pruning and planting January weather. We are meeting in person this month at the Delridge Branch Library.

We spotted these new trees waiting to be planted by Parks just to the east of of the Riverview Playfields

Our meeting this month will include the usual update from SPD on public safety happenings in Highland Park, staffing permitting.

We are also excited to welcome Seattle Parks planners who are looking for feedback on two new projects in our area. Westcrest Park South Restroom Renovation and re-visioning plus Renovation of the Southwest Teen Life Center Play Area. They will be presenting details of the projects in case you have missed any past outreach.

Comments are welcome online as well as at the meeting. Use the links above.

As the existing Westcrest restrooms on the lid are currently closed and in poor order, we are looking forward to having expanded options offered in the future.

As usual, all are welcome. Bring your energy and concerns to share with others.
